I'm trying to print on this transparency film. The company who makes it has mentioned when they used this printer they had to replace the whole feeding bar (apparently there was an after market update to it). So I don't know if this is my issue and if it is how can I go about replacing this?

or whether my issue is in the hp printer utility not allowing me to manipulate the star wheel option on any paper preset. Why?

The printer will print fine on the transparency film I'm trying to use but the star wheels track through the print rendering the final out put useless because there are star wheels running through it.

Any feedback and help is appreciated. Thank you.
