Ollakal, welcome to the forum.

I suggest using the driver from the ATI website.  I always use the Catalyst Software Suite.  It allows you to control fan speed and overclock the card if you desire.  Just remember, more speed equals more heat.  You will have to increase the fan speed if you overclock the card.

Does the device manager indicate that you are missing drivers for any of your devices?

If you open the device manager it shouldnt have any icons with yellow exclamation marks.

I have two Syncmaster monitors connected to the card using the DVI ports. I'd like to use the HDMI port to connect to a Samsung TV. The video card shows the TV as a 3rd monitor but the resolution selection is greyed out and the TV says "no signal" on the HDMI setting. There doesn't seem to be a way to set up the TV w/the card the and TV itself has no setup for this function. Is the card capable of have a 3rd screen? All I want to do is extend the video to the TV screen at the appropriate resolution.

I saw this on another thread and I have just purchased a new HP so I cant vouch for the accuracy but: Some OEM video cards are NOT true AMD/ATI. They are HP,proprietary in both hardware and software. He took his PC back to the store. i will try to add info as I accumulate it. (if it comes down to it, I may just pop their card out and put another in-If it will let me)

It turns out that displays over 2 need an adapter. The Radeon 7570 has mini display ports. I got this adapter:

Accell B101B-002B UltraAV Mini DisplayPort to VGA Adapter    with a VGA cable my TV (3rd display) it works great. Sometimes it takes a reboot if theTV was not on when computer was booted up. HP was no help solving this. First they offered to swap the Radeon card thinking it was damaged. Next they a US based tech specialist flat out told me the card would not support more than 2 monitors - he was just wrong. The Radeon site for the card was helpful and of course the comments on Amazon about the adapter also helped.

Hi TouchSmarty,

that's exactly what I'm trying to fix. I got 5 brand new HP boxes (HP ENVY h8-1413c) with this mysterious hd radeon 7570 that simply doesn't have drivers on this planet. I wasted like 20 hours trying all kinds of versions of ati catalyst drivers and different os, driverpacks.net etc... nothing works. Probably i should just dump it back to the store.
