Hi
I did an update on the idt high definition audio driver from hps website and this happened.
This is the problem

As you can see the voice clarity setting is cut out and this all ways happens whenever i open beats audio.

What is the Product Number? There are several variations of the Pavillion 7000 series.
Did you try to restore back prior to the update, or roll back the driver to see if the issue corrects itself?
If I have been helpful, a Kudo is always appreciated.

the product number is p7-1058uk. i did do a restore to a previous point before the driver update but the problem is still there.
would updating the driver again fix this?

I've tried the driver update its no use still the same problem.

Delete the driver completely. Now we want to install the driver, not update it. Go to Recovery Manager and take the option for Hardware Drivers. This should put in the original drivers that came with your system.
