Beats software not installed?

Hi there,

Last week I bought a new HP Pavillion Elite HPE-520nl with Windows 7 64-bit. There is a sticker on the front of the PC saying that it includes "Beats Audio". I however can't find the Beats software anywhere on the computer. If I type in "beats" in the searchfield it just says: "no results found". It is also isn't listed in the list of installed program's.. The only thing I could find what has the beats logo on the PC is a program with the name  "beats64.exe". If I double click on that file (or press the shortuct CTRL + Shift + <) it just comes up with a Beats logo and nothing more. I also can't hear a difference of the sound changing. Can anybody help me out here?

Look in "C:\Program Files\IDT\" where the files should be.

You can also find "Beats Audio" in Control Panel.

That's the problem, the files aren't there.. Also, Beats Audio isn't listed in the Control Panel

Which one do I need to download? The IDT file is on the PC, but the Beats software isn't..

As far as i remember "Beats software" is included in the software.

Download and install!

I installed it and restarted my computer and it didn't do the trick.. It still isn't installed

Strange...

Look for this file, doubleclick it, it's the Control Panel object:

C:\Program Files\IDT\WDM\idtcpl64.cpl

Then it opens the IDT HD Sound equalizer.
