Built in TV it starts always starts in low resolution. 2nd start works fine.

When I start the TV on my HP Elite using the remote control, the display almost always starts up in very low resolution.  When I close the appliation and restart, the TV starts up fine.  Its as if the first start fails to pick up my screen resolution or something like that.

You could try another/better cable between pc and tv.
