Hi
I have hp desktop (HPE-372f) with windos7 home edition (64-bit) and color laserjet ProCM1415fnw. Recently I was asked to update from hp for my printer. After that, on some occassion, I received the message 'Display driver not responding and has been recovered. I tried to download from hp the update driver but all are old ie 2010. Please advise how to fix.
Regards
Bill

Hi Bill,
What video card are you using?
Two suggestions to try.
Apply Windows 7 service pack 1.
Update the video card driver from the manufacturer's web site.
