Dual Monitors "Flicker"

I have a newer HP desktop running Win7(64) with a  AMD Athlon II X2 255 Processor at 3.1 GHz.

I have two HP 2511x monitors which runn off the DVI and VGA factory ports.

 

When I scroll on either monitors the screens "flickers" like it can't keep up.

 

Both screeens are running at 60 GHz.

 

Help, I'm losing sleep over this!

Eric, welcome to the forum.

 

This sounds to me like the integrated video is not capable of running two monitors properly.  Disconnect one of them to see if that makes a difference.  If so, you may need to buy a discrete video card.  I like XFX, EVGA, Sapphire and PNY in that order.
