F1703 and Windows 7 HP with i3 530 and HD integrated graphics not working.

I just upgraded the guts of my computer to an Intel Core i3 530 processor with HD graphics and as soon as I get to the desktop I lose my video.

 

I can go into safe mode and all is fine.  I uninstall the graphics driver and reboot to Windows 7 and everything is fine.  I try new drivers from motherboard manufacturer and even Intel's website with no luck.  Even windows update drivers won't work.

 

Is there a work around for this?  i see a lot of others have this same issue and haven't seen a solution yet.

2 yrs later still same problem
