The computer is only two years old, but the video card Nvidia GeForce 7500LE had to be replaced already several times either because the fan started to make a lot of noise, or the card just simply went dead. My extended HP Total Care took care of the changes, however, it was discovered that the PSU has only 300 Watt instead of the 350 Watt according to the original configuration, now a replacement upgrade is scheduled.
My question: Since the 7500LE is an older OEM card (made by ASUS), what other current SILENT video card can be safely used with a 350 Watt PSU...?
I don't do any gaming, however, I do some photo editing.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I think any pci-express card with at least 256MB of video ram would do it that doesn't require higher than 300W of power sould be fine.

Thanks, I do realize that with the installation of the new 350W PSU I could use a video card with max. 350W power consumption.
My question is: which specific card is definitely better than the current OEM Nvidia GeForce 7500LE that I currently have in my system (Windows Vista, 2GB Memory, 2.4GHz).
