HP Monitor serial and product number

Hi.

 

I recently bought an hp 2010i monitor, but the serial and product number is not valid. I am not sure why they are not valid, but would somebody please show me their serial number, product number, and monitor model to confirm my issue please? Because there is a factory problem with this monitor and i cant get this issue resolved without the serial, product, and model number. If someone does this for me that would be very nice thanks so much.

For your safety we ask users not to share their serial number on the forums.  They are considered personal information.
