Hi,
The MSI card is 10.5" in length. You will need to open up your PC and do some measuring. While the PC is open, read the label on the power supply. If it is not 600 watts then power supply will need to be replaced. Even if it is 600 watts, you will need to make sure that it has the correct power supply connectors for the 580. You will probably need two eight PCI-E power connectors and one six pin PCI-E power connector.
Review this posted document for background information.
BTW, NVIDIA is ending production on the 580.
This EVGA 680 is probably a better choice but it's $500. It's 10" in length and only requires two PCI-E six pin power connectors.
How much room do you have for a video card? I might be able to find another card with the same performance at a lower price.

Hi,
I suspect that you are running modern games wanting such a high powered video card.
The Sapphire Radeon 7850 2GB might be an excellent choice if the screen resolution is 1920 by 1080 or less. A higher screen resolution might also delivery quality FPS depending on the game settings. This card is 8.27" in length and it's a lot lees money.
