How do I know if this HP desktop is SLI or Crossfire compatible?

Hi,

 

I have this same motherboard in one of my PCs and it's not SLI or Crossfire compatible. The motherboard only has one video slot (PCI-E x16).

 

I recommend that you condiser upgrading the power supply to 550 watts (single +12volt rail with 38 amps) and install the NVIDIA GTX 460 1GB or 470 1GB.

 

Review the ATI and NVIDIA performance specifications. Look at the memory bandwidth specifications and the DirectX level support.
