Hp w1907 I just reinstalled windows 7, installed all drivers needed except for HPmonitor,It Faild

reinstalled windows 7 with a new hard drive. All driver were installed except HP w1907 monitor.windows update @ Hp update was tried with access denied both times. Tried to uninstall and reinstall driver for monitor but when I uninstalled and tried to reinstall access was again denied along with losing monitor on device manager and ending up with OTHER on device manager instead. I need help trying to get it installed without starting all back over.
