i just got this windows 8 HP computer and i can't figure out how to connect my HMDX jam speaker to it. Every time i attempt to ' search for devices' it won't show up. I made sure it was on and in range to be located by the computer but it just wont connect. Can some one help me because i have had this speaker for along time and i use it almost every day and this computer not connecting with it is becoming a huge inconvenience.

Please post the HP product number for your PC.
Check the below setting on your PC.

Windows 10 Pro in UEFI mode - production system

- Make sure the Jam speaker is in pairing mode if unsure then hold down the play / pause button for a few seconds to allow new pair mode..

I am having the same issue with my computer. It will not show up in devices however, my settings looks totally different from the one mentioned. Bluetooth is in pairing mode, its close to the computer and no one else is connected to it yet it still will not show up in devices on my HP.
