I have an HP Pavilion Elite and the 25" w2558hc monitor.

When the monitor goes to sleep, the only way I can get the screen back is to shutdown the computer and monitor and restart the system. Please help.............

Hi,

 

Try another monitor and cable on your PC to eliminate the PC as the possible problem. Alternatively, try your monitor and cable on another PC.
