The meaning of the beeps depends on the bios - if you go to the bios setup, you can read the manufacturer.
Here you can find some codes:

Do you have no beeps without the graphics card?
So check if the card is faulty, not properly assembled, wrong slot, additional power connectors needed?
Also check if the recommended psu wattage is satisfied.
If you need more help, please give us the exact model (not serial number) of the pc and of the card.

Hi:
6 Beeps is a video card error. I would imagine the card is bad or not compatible.
Get a Radeon HD 6350, 512 MB video card with the DMS-59 port.
This requires a split video cable which can run 2 monitors off the card.
Or you can get a Radeon HD 6570 1 GB video card, and run a DVI cable and a VGA cable to two monitors out of the ports.

The pc has (1) VGA; (1) DisplayPort , so two ports for dual monitors are available.
DVI output available via optional DisplayPort to DVI adapter
So you can use one vga and one dvi monitor.
