Is the ATI Radeon HD 4650 DVI output Dual Link ?

Hi,

 

I just received my HP Pavilion Elite e9180t CTO Desktop PC, with the ATI Radeon HD 4650. But, when hooking it up to my Dell 3007WFP, the monitor goes black after the Windows loading  screen.

 

Is it due to the absence of Dual link output ? Or anything alse ?

 

PS : the monitor works perfectly with my old computer, and I am using the same cable.
