My HP W1907

I've dealt with this problem for about a year, but it gets worse every other day.

It's screen tearing.

It's as if the screen is refreshing, except it flickers the entire screen for a milisecond. It flickers black, and it happens every other second. (literally.)

I don't know what to do, and don't have much money to spend on another.

It gets even worse with brighter things and video games in particular.

Any tips?

Also, should note: I haven't adjusted it, I've tried factory resets, adjusting the resolution, and I cannot lower the brightness, because my enjoyment would suffer even more.

Re: My HP W1907

Have you already tried another cable or port?
Do you have an adapter between?

Re: My HP W1907

Hard to imagine.
Resolution change of graphics card doesn't work?
Last suggestion: check the power cord - re-fit it with power.

If nothing works - try another monitor.
