No Colour Red

I have a brand new HP Pavilion Elite HPE 410f that is running Windows 7 64 bit.  Shortly after powering up the colour red is gone.  I have tried calibrating and, in the last step, there is no red to calibrate with.
I have replaced the cords for the monitor, which is an LED, and even tried another monitor and still no red.  Both monitors work fine with the old desktop and my Toshiba laptop.
I have downloaded and installed all drivers and updates from the HP site and still no red.

I have checked the graphics properties and there are no errors or conflicts.
