You get teh monitor drivers from Visio's web site if they post them. You get the latest video card driver/video hardware driver for your e-Vectra from HP's Web site.

The model number you list is for a hard drive...not a PC. You should be able to find the model of PC on a sticker adhered to the back or undersife of the PC case... then you can use it to search HP for a model page that has your graphics drivers.
