S5229uk unit cannot find second monitor,whatever with normal port or DVI port

I have got a S5229UK base unit and two 1920X1080 monitors, when I connect second to the unit,it has no where can detect the 2nd display, btw,I have tried both normal port and DVI port. please advice,thx

my problem is before I can setting those two display, my PC cannot find the second monitor. I have connected first monitor with VAG port,and second one with VAG or DVI port. there is no any response from the second monitor,I have turn all the monitor on before turn my PC on,still doesn't work

Have you tried the latest video card update from the video card manufacturer's web site? NVIDIA

Did you try your primary monitor in the DVI port and the secondary monitor in the VGA port?

Is your PC at the 5.16 BIOS level?

Now I found out more details here. I don't have VAG port for my primary monitor,I used an extendtion to connect with VAG cable to the DVI port, so there are  DVI port , HDMI port and TV, S-VEDIO.AUDIO-L AND AUDIO-R prot on the same section, I think it's my video card. and there are another section on the top in the back, which has VAG port and DVI port, digital audio output , I think this section isn't active,because I tried to connect my primary monitor into either of them, all not working.so what can i do now? btw, when I brought this pc, the top two ports(VAG and DVI port) has been capped with screws
