TV/FM card

I have a m1070n with a TV/FM tuner card - HP P/N 5187-4378. I can't find drivers for this card anywhere. Although the card bear a ASUS logo, it identifies itself by the Conexant chips on it. I can't find drivers in HP, drivers on ASUS are keyed to that maker and won't work on this card. Perhaps the drivers were on the original XP Media Center disks but those are lost quite some time ago. I would appreciate any assistence anyone has.

Thank you, but...  I got the machine without any software, not even a hard disk. The link you sent assumes (I think) that the original HP-supplied OS or its disks are available - such is not ths case.

OK. So... which OS did you install?

The OS? - XP Pro SP2.

Actually the simplest solution, as there seem to be next to no drivers available for your PC at the HP support page, would be to go here and order the HP Restore CD. You will need

both the PC name ( which was what you posted earlier) and the and product number for when you order the CD. Try CTRL+ALT+S and see if the product

information becomes visible.

Thank you. I can try that, but since I'm not the original owner of the machine HP may want money for these CDs. If that's the case then I'll just junk it and work on another.
