Upgrading Video Card and Power Supply

Hello,

 

 I have a HP Pavillion Elite HPE-140f Desktop PC (running Windows 7 64-bit).  I would like to upgrade the Video card from the one the pc came with (NVIDIA GT 230 1.5GB )  and replace the existing power supply with a Rocketfish 500W. 

 

Can anyone suggest the best video card upgrade and if the Rocketfish Power supply would be compatible?

UPDATE: I replaced them and they work fine.
