Video Card upgrade, and buying help (please help)

Okay so what i want to do is upgrade to a dual moniter setup, i use my computer for web design, video editing, and image editing most of the time. i dont have all the money in the world so not very expensive is good, but i dont want bad or worse than i have.

 

Okay what i have is

HP Pavilion Media Center TV m8100n PC

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

 I dont know if i have AGP or a PCI thing for it because i didn't even find my video card in my case so i dont know. i found a PCI express slot but i still dont know for sure.
