I've got the LP2475w screen. Great screen !
However, I couldn't install the lastest driver (downloaded from this site). I'm using Vista Home Premium 64 bit.
Windows Update failed to install the driver (for 64 bit OS) & I got error code 80070005. I was using Admin account & turned off all the Anti-Virus/firewall
I already checked the error code in Microsoft website but there's no solution yet for that code
The monitor works fine but I really need the driver so I can assign ICC color profile (hardware calibrated) to the monitor. Because I couldn't install the driver, the monitor model didn't appear in the Device box (DisplaySetting>AdvanceSetting) --> couldn't assign the right ICC profile for it.
I really appreciate if you guys have any solution (or work-around) for this problem

Ditto. Can't install the new driver.
The LP2475w is a great product. Can't say the same for my tricked-out Pavilion dv5 running Vista64. It's good, but not great.

Time? You would think so.
However, it seems HP is focused upon selling new inventory, not supporting those customers who've already purchased stuff.
Do HP techs visit these forums?
