What is available to input (throughput) HDMI signal from set-top box to PC-Have two HDMI outputs ...

HP Pavilion Elite m9060n Media Centre PC; NVidia GeForce GTS 450 with two HDMI outputs; Vixs PureTV NTSC/ATSC combo tuner-with coax cable and S-video inputs (I currently disable the tuner and allow the cable-box to throughput the degraded signal via s-video connection). All I want is a video card (to fit PCI-e x8 card slot) or?? to allow the HDMI signal to pass to the Graphics card, the simplest way possible! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, by this compu-challenged old guy.

I think you are looking for something like this Intensity Pro card:

Seems to be a PCI-e 1x.

[ Edited ]

THANK YOU!...Now I only need to find some place that sells it.(INTENSITY PRO)..I live in Ontario, Canada, and would prefer a Canadian Retailer-or an International source that I can trust. I like to avoid "duty" hassles caused when retailers cannot ship directly to me, inclusive of duties! If you know of anyplace?? I have checked @ New Egg. alas, to no avail. There are a couple wholesale suppliers-but they offer few details on product and price; and I am left unsure if they will even sell "one retail" to me. Thanks again for prompt and most helpful input! I am searching and hop[ing.

Thanks also to other input offering alternatives i.e. receive QUAM over-the-air-digital-signals, In my somewhat remote area (Owen Sound) this does not offer many channels. I will probably continue to use set-top box from the cable company-as package with H.S. Internet, Digital TV, and home phone costs about $90 monthly which isn't too bad.
