I have an HP Pavilion Elite m9270a PC using Windows Vista.
I'm having issues with a few things. Recently the clock started going backwards - even going back days! (we are going to try changing the battery today).
Main issue is when I use Windows Mail, and while I can see the header of the emails - the message of the body of the email is blank and won't display - just a white screen. However it is there as if I hover the mouse over the white screen - I can see there are hyperlinks in the emails and if I click randomly on the white space where the body of the email is - it will take me to the website link.
I can open a new email to compose and type in the 'To' and 'Subject' fields - but I can't click in the body of the email to type a message.
The fonts of the email header have also changed to be really small (like size 4 and a different font).
I tried to swap to Windows Live Mail but I can set it up as the whole thing is black and I can't see the boxes of where to type to set up the mail....
Prior to this happening I did uninstall some programs that we didn't need - like MYOB accounting software and Quickbooks, so I may have accidently done something to cause this?!
Any help appreciated,
Thanks
Susan
