can not detect IR control cables attach IR hardware

HP610Q, Windows 7

just purchased this computer with TV tuner. By seting up and run signal chack get a message,

"can not detect IR cables. Attach IR hardware to supports IR control cables"

I have Satelite service and as working on my TV's

What I missing on my new computer to get TV signal?
