Which d530 PC do you have?
Is it the ultra slim or small form factor version?
You would have to upgrade the PSU. The difficulty that you will face is that the d530 uses a propreitary ATX format.
Yours is a business PC. Questions on these are usually answered in the Enterprise Business Community forum

It seems to be a 7 years old card
Normally it's reasonable to follow the recommentions.
Where have you found this recommention?
I've seen 6200 with 30W - no problem for a small psu (?)
Of course you can test if your pc will start up with this card.
As long as you don't run high-graphic programms it could work.
