does the p7qe support 2 monitors

Just recieved new comp. p7qe. It supports DVI or VGA (with adaptor) and HDMI. Can I set it up to run a VGA and DVI without upgrading the card so can I run 2 monitors , one VGA and one DVI?

Yes, then you need a hdmi-to-dvi adapter.
Connect vga to dvi (with adapter) and
dvi to hdmi (with adapter).

From some p7:
Ports:
- DVI
- HDMI
- VGA using DVI-to-VGA adapter (-> so using the dvi-port)

So if you have two ports, then it will work.

Hi,

Perhaps this is the p7qe model.  It's listed on the HP Sales server.  Paul, you had it right.  Product number A5T49AV#ABA.

The video connectors on the motherboard are DVI-D (digital only) and VGA.

Both ports can be used at the same time per the documentation.
