My computer suddenly froze - no cpu activity at all. I forced a power down. Then powered up. Now monitor goes immediately to sleep mode. I powered down the monitor, then powered up - error message says HDMI No signal input, then immediately goes to sleep. Cables are secure. Now what?

It seems like the graphics chip is gone.
You can test:
- another monitor (also test the monitor at another pc)
- another cable
- another graphics card (or the build-in?) - no hardware informations from you
- another psu
... the last would be the mobo
