hp pro 3400 audio problem

hi,

 

i have installed the realtek high definition audio driver succeesfully.

but the volume icon on desktop says no audio device are plugin.

ive already checked the device manager and its their.

hhhmmmm. what could be the problem..?

tried the suggestion link already.

 

hhhmmm..

 

drivers for audio is installed. but a red x marked the speaker icon on the task bar.

showing no sound devices are connected.

hi,

 

i tried to put some headphones and its working. i opened the cpu and thier is no speaker in it.

hahaha...that why it having this problem.

it doesnt have a built speaker with it.

now i also checked the motherboard for posibble connection of speaker and i found one but

their is no socket type outlet fitted on the PCV board.

this machine is not so good.

Sorry, that's what 'no sound devices are connected' means.
You can use headphones or external speakers.

Btw. these devices are much better than build-in speakers.
That's why many users don't miss build-in speakers.
