The dc7100 was issued an an XP machine.

My suggestion is to "google" for dc7100 win7 drivers and beware.

*Download the VGA drives for XP and run it. you can download it from here
*Run downloaded file
*Proceed with next
*There will be display an error message like "setup is not supporting for this operating system".
*Dont worry! Click ok and exit from setup.
*Go to C:/ drive
*Now you can see there is a folder named "swsetup"
*Copy it to another local disk
*Go to device manager, right click on the display driver
*Select "Update driver software"
*Choose the "swsetup" folder location.
*Let computer to find drivers automatically in the "swsetup" folder.
Now u r done
