Re: input signal out of range cannot display 1600 x 900

What's the setting of your refresh rate?
Have you installed the monitor drivers?
What model is your graphics card?

Re: input signal out of range cannot display 1600 x 900

Refresh is at 60, changed it to 75 made no difference, yes I have installed the drivers and my GC is the onboard ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Series.

It used to display 1600x900 before I unplugged everything, moved the computer to the other side of the room and plugged everything back in. Now im having this issue.

Try to reset monitor to factory configuration.
Unplug monitor from power and hold the power button for 60 sec.
Then plug the monitor back in and power it up.

Else uninstall and re-install graphics driver (you have it stored somewhere?)

Tried this too, still no luck. I don't think the drivers for the monitor are properly installed.. I've tried a number of times and it says access denied.
