How can I enter the image control in the osd from my LP2475w monitor. This option is blanked out?

Hello mauricejutten,
I can't see any reason why the image control would be greyed out in the OSD. Have you tried performing a factory reset? It could be a settings glitch in the monitor.

Well I found out... and I think it is a bit strange and I don't know why that is...
I connected my monitor at first with a vga/dvi cable, at that time the image control function was accesable. When I connected my monitor with a displayport cable (I think that is the correct name for it) the image control function wasn't accesable any more. Is there any way to acces the image control function with a displayport connection?

Hello maricejutten,
Go into the menu and perform a factory reset. After the factory reset reconnect the monitor up to the computer by the display port instead of the vga/dvi connection.

I did that but then I killed my displayport cable. i have to get a new one. I'll get back to you.
