Hello,
I have an HP p6740F and when I went to turn it on last night I have no video. The monitor works on my other computer so it is not the monitor. Windows 7 is my operating system. Can anyone help me with this issue please?

Linux64, welcome to the forum.
I suggest updating the video driver to the latest version. You can use the AMD Driver Autodetect to install it. I am using it as I type to install the latest driver for my video card. It is working great. Updating the driver is always the best place to begin.
Have you update software or upgraded the components recently? This is another area to check. Other drivers can cause a conflict.

I have no output at boot up and don't see the bios. Today I tried the dvi output and still no video. The computer is still under warranty so I will call hp to get is serviced.
