I cannot get any sound from my computer HP Pavillion P6000 series Sesk Set it say the drivers are not installed I try downloadind it says its already downloaded but I still get no sound.

Can you see where the driver is?
Have yiou tried to install it?

Else:
Go to hardware manager and disable audio, after reboot see if it's recognized automatically, else enable it again.

I too have the same problem!  NO SOUND!  I have tried downloading the driver, but when in process the system is keep looking for Help & Support.  It appears to be the the H&S is not updated.  Pls help :smileyhappy:
