I have a 42 inch plasma tv and I turned it on today and I got a white screen that says  "user settings" and it gives the tv info,like aspect ratio,hdmi,color contrast,etc.  I cant get rid of it,I turned it off and on,disconnected it from the outlet,disconnected the bluray and cable box,tried resetting to default settings on remote and on tv,and it still has that screen.  Does anyone have a solution or what causes this?  Please help.
