trying to load vidio in roxio 9  vidiowave continually getting message 80004005 errorwhile loading movie.  op, system Vista32

Hi,

 

What is the complete Roxio product name?

 

Be sure that VISTA is running sp2.

 

Try a smaller known good video file.

 

Update the video driver in your PC from the manufacturer's web site.

 

Try switching from hardware rendering to software rendering in Videowave.

 

 

Videowave 9 is an unsupported Roxio product as hasn't been supported for a number of years.

 

My advice is to obtain the latest version of Roxio Creator 2012.  Be sure that your PC meets these minimum requirements for Roxio 2012.
