I have a HP Pavilion Media Center TV m7750n PC (RK569AA). I am running Windows 7 64-bit, and the motherboard is M2N-LA. I tried updating my soundcard through the realtek website, however, after several attempts my sound driver is still the old one. I looked on the software and driver downloads link for this product, but I can't find anything that specifically says how to update my soundcard.

Hi:
Did you install the second driver listed from the Realtek website?
It should work.
Accept the agreement.

Hi:
Try downloading the file and extracting its contents.
You can use a free utility like 7-Zip or a trial utility like WinRAR to extract the contents of the executable file.
Then when you have the folder with the drivers, click on your audio controller in the device manager. Then click on the driver tab. Click on update driver. Select the "Browse My Computer for Software" method and browse to the driver folder you extracted.
Make sure the include subfolders box is checked, and see if the driver updates that way.
If that doesn't work, I don't have any further ideas you can try.
