w1907 'goes black problem' :::: HP - is the Ripoff

[ Edited ]

I am sooo tired of HP's tech support. There is no support. There is a support for people who are 'in the warranty' period which is what, a year? And after that they are going to CHARGE you fees for supporting theor OWN **bleep** product. What the {Content Removed: Language Filter Evasion} is that policy about?

Basically, I could see more than HP has on its own website of complaints about the problem of monitor , w1907 specifically, going black after about 2-3 years of using it, after about 2 minutes of turning on.  And so far, I did not see any of the official HP response to the problem. The generic and totally worthless direction is to check video cable, reset power , blah blah blah.

NO!

The problem is - that the monitors are flawed. And they don't tell you that when you buy it. Or they didn't tell me that that 2008 model is meant to work for about 3 years. Oh no... they knew about the problem and they refused to warn people that the monitor will only work for a specific period of time. The monitors like that supposed to last at least 5 years without breaking.

I have a fear that hide or delete posts on this site about the problem on purpose. That's the whole reason you have to register and get approval on the post here. It is moderated and it is a BULL.

What I think - HP needs to go back to all the people who have this problem, and replace friggin monitors, for FREE.

Go ahead, reply to this. You deserve better treatment for the product you pay and no support whatsoever. :smileymad:

Be brave and be honest with yourself, tell me if you think I am wrong

For those people who agree and feel like there is a valid point and want to react instead of wait for nothing, email here to [Personal Information Removed]

After that, we will figure out how to approach it the best way , I think this is so unfair to the customers. And frustrating.
