will the Delta 44 sound card work in the HP h8-1217cb computer

windows 7 premium, 2TB HD, 8G of Ram,

 

The delta 44 works on my older computer, but I would like to put it in a newer computer, and the H8-1217cb computer seems like a likely candidate.  Does that machine have the right size expansion slot to fit the delta sound card?

The h8-1217cb has 3 PCIe slots. It appears the Delta requires legacy PCI. It doesn't look like this will work. Please confirm the interface style of your Delta card.
