HP all-in-one Desktop

When I use my HP All-in-one desktop to make voice calls on Rynga (VOIP provider) the users on the other side hear their own voices (reflecting). It happened when we used our headsets, so we disconnected our headsets, but still they say they hear their own voices.

We want to speak through the headset mike but hear the output through our desktop speakers, please help.

grateful if the reply is sent (orcc) to my personal email address too.

thank you

regards

MaSri

Hi @MaSri

Welcome to the HP Forums!

This is a wonderful place to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips.

I reviewed your post and understand that you want to use the headphone mic and desktop speakers to make VOIP calls.

Don’t worry, I’d love to help!

Follow below steps to make the headset mic as default.

  1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Click Hardware and Sounds, and then click Managing audio devices.

A Sound window opens.

  1. Click the Recording tab.
  2. Select the headset microphone as default device.
  3. In the playback tab make sure the desktop speakers are selected as default device.

Let me know how it goes.

To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help.
