Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had to reset computer.  After reset my audio button has a red x and states No Audio Output device is installed.

Have gone to device Manager and tried to install driver and  I get Windows encountered a problem installing driver software for your device.  A device attached to the system is not functioning.  error code 0x8007001f  My Audio is IDT - Audio Device - IDT High Definition Audio CoDEC

I thank you for your quick response and your awesome post. Please open the location where the file was downloaded to, and there should be a specific ".exe" file that shows up. Please double-click on it and follow the on-screen instructions. Did you try the links that  I sent you to correct the situation?

I was able to get the download from the free addition of driveeasy.  How do I go about installing this?
