Hello rashel96. I understand the webcam appears to be fuzzy all of a sudden. This can occur when calibration is off, or when the webcam hardware has become faulty. Since it is blurry on multiple programs, this indicates the webcam is the source of error. To assist you better, I do require the following information:

1. Computer model number. If you require assistance locating this information, you can reference the following website: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07555

2. Operating system. If you require assistance locating this information, you can reference the following website: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-CA/windows/which-operating-system

3. Have you tried a second webcam to evaluate if it is one webcam, or several having the issue?

In the meantime, I would like you to follow the troubleshooting in this HP document about resolved webcam issue, below. Please pick the appropriate document based on your current operating system:

Windows Vista: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01235743

Windows 7: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02452221

Windows 8: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03430151

Please respond to this post after you have completed troubleshooting using the above document. If the issue persists, please provide the results of troubleshooting, and the information I inquired about earlier in this post.
