why i cant see the realtek audio device in my hp elitedesk?

it say that there is no audio devices are installed, even i installed a lot of realtek

please help.

If you open the Windows "Device Manager", what does it show when you expand the "Sound, Video, & Game Controllers" branch of the tree?
