Hello KG13,

When the computer is beeping during startup this is generally a code that tells us what is wrong.

We need to diagnose the code that you are getting to identify what the problem is.

Use this article to match the code to the hardware component.

I have done what i was asked as the possible solutions such as: draining d capacitör( the long press of the power button without the battery) and plugging it to an Ac adapter without battery. Still yet the Led light is still blinking. The major problem now is the system does not turn-on without me plugging it to an Ac adapter. When it is not plugged the blinking is non-stop and at once it is plugged the blinking stops and the system is ready to turn on if i press the power button. I hope you understand me?

It sounds like the battery is completely dead and unable to power the unit. I'm not sure why the adapter is not charging the battery.
