When I move cursor to the dashboard at bottom of screen, arrow disappears and blue spinning circle appears. When i move cursor arrow to an icon on the screen, the arrow disappears and blue circle appears but this also no longer allows me to click on any icon or open any folder.
I also cannot open task bar to see what programmes might be running that should not be.
Problem i have now had for 12 hours. Happened after PC shut down after installing windows updates (but of course I cannot see what these updates were because I cannot open the files!
can you help?
cheers

Hello Kostas2005,
Your system seems to be loading something all the time after an update.
You can run a system restore to remove the updates that are causing the problems.
This will take the system back to when everything was working correctly without affecting your personal files.
Here is a link on how to do a restore.
Clicking the White Kudos star on the left is a way to say Thanks!
Let me know how everything goes.
Have a good day.
