Blu-Ray Firware Update for ATAPI BD O DH403S

Many New Blu-Ray discs do not play. Firmware version is WH1E.  HP Media Smart SW asks, "Do You Want to Check for Updates?". Neither answer does anything but go back to same question.

 

What do I need to do to update Blu-Ray DVD firmware or software?

blueray has stop playing blueray discs -can still play req discs only need help!
