Here's a software download that will check your system to see if it meets Blu-ray / HD requirements.

All the devices in the play back chain from the player, graphics card, HDMI cable, monitor, etc., must be HDCP compliant.

This system has played Blue-Ray flawlessly is the past, and with the same disc that now gives me the error message

Is it just this one BD disk that won't play anymore or all BD disks?

Wouldn't hurt to update the firmware of your BD player there's almost certainly an update.

Wouldn't hurt to update your graphics drivers also.

Also check for any updates to your BD play back software.

I have done all of the things mentioned previous to the post, except trying another disc. I suppose it is time to rent one and try it, Thank you  for your continued help
